The Great Chesapeake Bay Schooner Race (GCBSR) would not be possible without the support of our sponsors. We thank all of the sponsors who have supported the race in the past. Each year, we rely upon these sponsors to continue to support the race and we also invite new sponsors to come on board.

Race sponsors support our efforts to:

• promote awareness of the Chesapeake Bay's heritage,
• encourage preservation of the Bay's resources,
• support Chesapeake Bay education and clean-up efforts,
• bring historic schooners to the Bay, and
• encourage schooner sailing and preservation.

Sponsorship at any level is welcome and may be made as a cash donation, an in-kind donation of goods or services, or an ad in the SpinSheet Official Preview Program. Cash and in-kind donations of goods are fully tax-deductible under IRC §501(c)(3). We accept checks (made payable to the Great Chesapeake Bay Schooner Race), credit cards and PayPal. Donations may be mailed to GCBSR, 3001 High Street, Portsmouth, VA 23707. The 2010 race brochure includes a tear-off form that you may want to use.
