2011 GCBSR Entry Form

Entry for the 2011 race is open! The entry deadline is August 20.

Click here to use the online registration system. If you have raced in the past, but did not receive an email last year with your login information - or you have simply forgotten youer login information, please send an email to Erica at race@schoonerrace.org to request your login information. If you are the owner or captain of a schooner that is new to the race, simply create your login under New Racers. If your schooner has raced in the past under a different owner, please request login information for that schooner rather than creating a new record.

• Please have all requested information on hand, including emergency contact info and all measurements.
• Measurements should be entered as feet, not feet & inches. For example, 6' 6" should be entered as 6.5.
• You may edit the description of your schooner that will appear in the SpinSheet insert. Please keep the insert fresh by updating your schooner's description!
• You will make payment with a credit card or PayPal at the end of the registration process.
• You will be able to view your schooner's information at any time. However, you will not be able to change information that affects your payment (such as shirt order quantities) after registering & making payment.

Donations

You may make a donation to the race during the entry process. All entry-related fees and donations will be handled as a single transaction but your receipt will itemize entry-related fees and donations.

If you want to make an additional donation at a later date, just click the Donate button on the right-hand side of any page on our website. Please indicate how your donation should be listed in print materials (for example, "John and Jane Doe", "ABC Company" or "Name of Boat").

Schooner Photos

Photos and descriptions of the participating schooners are used in the Official Preview Program in SpinSheet. If you don't think that we have a photo of your schooner — or if you have a favorite or two that you would like to share — please send photos to race@schoonerrace.org.

Entry by Mail or Email

By Mail: Click here to download, complete, save and print the entry form. Mail the completed form to GCBSR, 3001 High Street, Portsmouth, VA 23707. Payment may be made with a check made payable to GCBSR or with PayPal (Pay Now button below).

By Email: You may also complete the print entry form, save it as a PDF and send it as an attachment to entry@schoonerrace.org. Payment may be made with PayPal (Pay Now button below).

*If you are sending your entry form by mail or email and you want to pay with a credit card or PayPal, please pay total of entry fee, paying passenger surcharge (if applicable) and shirt order here. Please be sure to provide the name of the schooner when you make your payment.
